Hi, I’m Sarah! I have been a writer for more than 25 years, and a yoga teacher since 2014. I’m deeply fascinated by the workings of attention, inspiration, memory, and transformation.
I teach yoga classes, private lessons, and specialty series (like Yoga for Writers) in Philadelphia and online. I believe deeply in building a practice — an ongoing means of support, that helps you grow, heal, and change.
One of my favorite parts of my work is helping people find the unique combination of yoga, writing, meditation, and movement that supports their whole life.
